 o partner with us in a mission that speaks directly to the heart of the Ch
 ristian faith: comforting those who mourn\, strengthening those who are hu
 rting\, and restoring hope to those who feel they must face life's most di
 fficult seasons alone. Our Pathways to Peace initiative is bringing people
  together for a special Community Candlelight Vigil of Remembrance\, Hope\
 , and Healing\, followed by a 13-week Grief Support Group.\nThe vigil will
  provide a sacred and welcoming opportunity for individuals and families t
 o remember loved ones\, honor cherished memories\, receive encouragement\,
  and experience the healing power of community. Our grief support group wi
 ll provide an opportunity for participants to continue that journey throug
 h meaningful conversations\, emotional support\, practical coping strategi
 es\, and compassionate fellowship.\nWe believe that when people of faith w
 ork together\, we can reach hurting individuals and families far beyond th
 e walls of any one congregation.\nEvery week\, people carry grief that may
  not be visible. I personally grieved over my wife’s death for almost th
 ree (3) years. Some have lost spouses\, children\, parents\, siblings\, or
  dear friends. Others are struggling with loneliness\, emotional exhaustio
 n\, unanswered questions\, or the difficulty of adjusting to life after a 
 devastating loss. While prayer\, worship\, and pastoral encouragement rema
 in essential sources of strength\, grieving individuals can also benefit f
 rom structured support\, caring relationships\, faith-based counseling\, a
 nd opportunities to process their experiences. \nWe respectfully invite y
 ou to:\n\nEncourage people who are grieving to register and attend the Can
 dlelight Vigil and Grief Support Group.\nShare the attached flyer through 
 your traditional and social media platforms.\nInvite other community organ
 izations and groups to participate.\nConsider providing volunteers\, music
 al participation\, or other assistance during the vigil.\nExplore an ongoi
 ng partnership with LifeLine Ministries CRS to help individuals and famili
 es access compassionate support services.\n\nWe all know that grief does n
 ot recognize denominational boundaries\, racial differences\, economic cir
 cumstances\, or church membership. Neither should our compassion.\nWe sinc
 erely hope and pray you will stand with us in this important effort. We ar
 e inviting you to demonstrate what becomes possible when we unite around a
  common purpose: helping hurting people find hope\, strength\, and a pathw
 ay toward healing.\nFor some\, attending this vigil may be the first step 
 toward acknowledging their grief. For others\, participating in the suppor
 t group may be the beginning of learning how to move forward while continu
 ing to honor the memory of someone they deeply love.\nThank you for your f
 aithful leadership and your willingness to serve those who are hurting. To
 gether\, we can remind our communities that although grief is deeply perso
 nal\, no one has to walk through it alone. As Romans 12:15 says\, "weep wi
