"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18

As preparations continue for our upcoming Community Candlelight Vigil, I wonder if you or someone you know is experiencing a chronic, persistent pattern of loneliness and/or regret as you grieve over the death of a loved one.

  • Were there unspoken words?
  • Were there things said that you regret?
  • Were there missed opportunities to say "I'm sorry."

If you are struggling with Persistent thoughts and feelings of disappointment, missed opportunities, and unaligned connections that date back months and even years, I want to encourage you to attend our upcoming candlelight vigil and our grief support group. If you know someone that's struggling, invite that person to come and if necessary, bring them with you. We don't want anyone to be alone.

Don't struggle alone when you don't have to. Allow us the opportunity to help you move from pain to peace. Instead, remember theses words, "Tears are prayers too. They travel to God when we can't speak." God understands your sorrow and pain.
