When things happen that don't make sense and God isn't sharing any details, I've learned by experience that there are times when God wants your faith in Him to kick in and your reseliance to shine. Sometimes we need to just go with the flow, and let God be God. The truth of the matter is, there are times when our limited wisdom, knowledge, and understanding cannot define or pinpoint the rhyme or reason for some of life's experiences.

Why waste time and precious energy fighting mounting currents that God want you to learn from? Instead of resisting, here are a few words of wisdom I would like for you to meditate on when you don't understand why:

  • Focus on what you can control and leave to God those things that's out of your control.
  • Remember, there's always a method to the madness even when you can't understand it.
  • Not knowing and/or understanding today doesn't mean you won't receive answers tomorrow.
  • Instead of behaving like a toddler, respond with your mind and spirit rather than react with your emotions.
  • God can change your present reality.

Charles Spurgeon eloquently said, "God is too wise to be mistaken and too good to be unkind; when you cannot trace His hand you can trust His heart."
