"The Chicago Way"

Today, many people are working harder and earning less, as evidenced by working two (2) and sometimes three (3) jobs to make it. While the number of adults and college-age students living with their parents following graduation is on the rise, so is the need for roommates. These are truths we must face even when we feel like we can't handle it.

  • What do you do when life gets crazy and you start to feel like there is no way up?
  • What can you do to help change your present reality?
  • How do you avoid burnout?

Over the course of the next few days, I would like to answer the above questions in my series "The Chicago Way". The city of Chicago created the phrase, "Don't bring a knife to a gun fight." That quote became known as The Chicago Way. I'm going to answer the above questions by teaching you The Chicago Way from a spiritual perspective.

You will learn how to:

  • Protect your Non-negotiables
  • Mute the Outside Noise, and
  • Learning to Respond not React to External Demands and Challenges

The Chicago Way series will teach you not to be afraid of thinking outside the box and stretching your comfort zone.

Life's challenges may be difficult now, but they don't have to remain that way. Right now, the american dream may be just that, a dream. That dream can become your reality.
