Figuring out a persistent problem is a good feeling, even when you are the common denominator. As stated in my book "Conflict Within: A Journey Through Real and Lasting Change", either the conflict will handle you, or you will handle the conflict. I have some direct advice for you:

  • Do What You Need to Do.
  • Handle What You Need to Handle.
  • Leave the Outcomes to God.

Remember, conquering your conflicts isn't about suddenly becoming fearless; we know that's not realistic. Conquering your conflicts is about facing your challenges even when you are afraid. When that happens, you become master of your fears, which means your fears no longer master you.

Joseph Campbell eloquently said, "The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek."

Think about the treasures you're seeking and do something about it.
