I hope your new year is off to an awesome start. What goals are you going after this year, and how do you plan to achieve them? I would like to motivate you with three powerful quotes that I believe can close the distance between your dreams and their reality. 

Eleanor Roosevelt eloquently said, "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." 

Barbara Sher powerfully said, "The distance between your dreams and reality is called action." 

When I combine the above two quotes together, I am persuaded that action speaks louder than words. Don't just create a goal and wait for someone or something to help you make it happen, and don't convince yourself that all of the pieces to life's puzzle need to be in place before you take action. If that's the case, you probably won't get anything done. Instead, understand that your commitment to act requires faith in the big picture even when the big picture isn't fully developed. Also carry the words of Martin Luther King, Jr. in your heart: "You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step."
